DIY Kit Garlands start at $6/foot - these are kits that include all of the supplies (aside from a balloon pump) you need to make your own balloon garland! This option saves you money and has you set your creative side in gear. These garlands include 5” balloons, 11” balloons, and 16”balloons with the option to add in jumbo balloons.
